How it works
Perpetual Hour is a headless storefront on Shopify — browse here, pay on Shopify, and follow your order from checkout to your door.
Buying
1. Browse the collection
Shop authenticated pre-owned watches from Perpetual Hour and from vetted community sellers.
2. Get a valuation
Look up a reference number or upload a photo to see an instant market estimate.
3. Check out securely
Add watches to your cart and pay on Shopify Checkout. Perpetual Hour is the merchant of record.
4. Track your watch
Your order page shows the carrier and tracking number as soon as it ships, with a link to follow the package. We follow it with the carrier too, so delivery is recorded automatically.
5. Confirm it arrived
Mark it received when it arrives. Payment is held for 7 days after delivery, so you can report any problem before the seller is paid.
Selling
1. Submit your watch
List it with photos and details. We review every listing before it goes live.
2. Ship it when it sells
Send the watch to the buyer and add the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx) and tracking number in your account.
3. Get paid
We keep 6% and pay you the rest 7 days after the carrier confirms it was delivered.
