This policy explains how Perpetual Hour (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit Perpetual Hour, create an account, add watches to My Collection, or buy through our shop.

Who we are

Perpetual Hour is the merchant of record for watches sold on this site. Checkout is hosted by Shopify. For privacy questions, email hello@perpetualhour.com.

Information we collect

Account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google.
Orders. When you check out, Shopify collects payment, shipping, and contact details needed to complete the sale. We store order summaries so you can view them in your account.
My Collection. Watches you save, purchase prices you enter, and valuation snapshots are stored on your account and are not listed for sale.
Messages. If you contact us, we keep the email address and message you send so we can reply.
Technical data. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

To operate the shop, catalog, and Get Value tool
To process orders, ship watches, and provide customer support
To keep you signed in and remember your cart
To improve the site and prevent abuse

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with services that help us run the business:

Shopify — cart, checkout, payments, and order fulfillment. Shopify’s processing is covered by Shopify’s own privacy policy.
Google — sign-in via Google OAuth.
Hosting, database, and file-storage providers that process data on our instructions.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your Shopify cart. These are required for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Account and collection data stay until you ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and customer support. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To access, correct, or delete account data, email hello@perpetualhour.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to certain processing or to receive a copy of your data.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top will be revised when we do.
